SB-319 is headed back to the Senate, for what should be its FINAL vote before it can be sent to Brian Kemp’s desk for consideration.
We are closer than ever to making Georgia the nation’s 25th Constitutional Carry state, but we are entering a very dangerous time in this fight.
All day long we’ve been receiving screen shots from gun owners who have been cursed at, yelled at, and harassed from this lowly State Senator!

Another day has passed, and the Georgia legislature has yet again done NOTHING to pass Constitutional Carry.
It was a crazy week with committee votes in both chambers, and much more and we are receiving hundreds of questions on where things stand in Atlanta.
Before either version of Constitutional Carry (SB-319 and HB-1358) can receive a final vote, it needs to be approved by the Rules Committee.
