This afternoon, GGO’s Constitutional Carry legislation passed the Georgia House for the final time! The vote was a decisive 100-67!

SB-319 is headed back to the Senate, for what should be its FINAL vote before it can be sent to Brian Kemp’s desk for consideration.

We are closer than ever to making Georgia the nation’s 25th Constitutional Carry state, but we are entering a very dangerous time in this fight.

All day long we’ve been receiving screen shots from gun owners who have been cursed at, yelled at, and harassed from this lowly State Senator!

Earlier this morning, Sen. Jeff Mullis began to ATTACK GGO members who told him to pass Constitutional Carry!

Another day has passed, and the Georgia legislature has yet again done NOTHING to pass Constitutional Carry.

It was a crazy week with committee votes in both chambers, and much more and we are receiving hundreds of questions on where things stand in Atlanta.

Before either version of Constitutional Carry (SB-319 and HB-1358) can receive a final vote, it needs to be approved by the Rules Committee.

We are making TREMENDOUS PROGRESS thanks to the aggressive grassroots pressure of the members of Georgia Gun Owners — but we can’t let up!

GGO nation is bigger, and nastier than any politician in Atlanta. And the reality is that these politicians are terrified of the consequences of failing to pass this bill.
