Given how weak House Leadership has been on the Second Amendment over the last couple of years, we knew it was only a matter of time until the Democrats in the chamber came out swinging for ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures.

Days ago, SB-92 was filed, which would enact ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures here in Georgia — and the worst part is that the bill already has 23 co-sponsors!

The lead sponsor of this bill is Senator Nikki Merritt. 

Our insiders tell us that Senator Merrit may be very close to bringing on Republican support. This would not surprise us, since just last week, Republican Rep. Sharon Cooper co-sponsored deadly ‘Safe Storage’ laws.

If the Democrats and a bunch of backstabbing RINOs get together, this could end in disaster!

As you know, ‘Red Flag’ gun seizures allow our firearms to be confiscated before we have ever been charged, let alone convicted, of a crime.

Ordinarily, these orders can be requested by personal enemies (think bitter ex-spouse) who are simply trying to use this process to attack you. 

And make no mistake, if ‘Red Flag’ laws are enacted, tens of thousands of Georgians will have their guns taken away.

In neighboring Florida, after they enacted ‘Red Flag’laws almost 20,000 Floridians have already have their guns taken away — many of whom were never actually charged with a crime.

We can’t let this happen here!
