The legislative session is officially underway here in Atlanta and Senate Democrats are moving hard on SB-92 — ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
This is not a drill.
Twenty-two Senators have already cosponsored it.
And right now, these twenty-two Democrats are trying to flip a few RINOs into crossing over and backing them.
Under this legislation, liberal judges could order the confiscation of your firearms through a court order — before you have been charged with anything.

Even worse:
👉 These gun seizure orders can be issued through secret hearings that we can’t attend.
👉 Simply purchasing a firearm or ammunition can be twisted into “evidence” against us.
👉 Almost anyone could file this complaint, including a bitter ex-spouse or jealous coworker.
In many ways, Red Flags are far more dangerous than an AR-15 ban or a 30-round magazine ban. That’s because this bill lets the government take ALL of your guns…without a conviction!

And with session resuming earlier this week, this number could grow very quickly.

And with RINOs in the House blocking every pro-gun bill in their chamber for nearly four years, Democrats know they are weak, and they think this is their chance.
Especially if we have a mass shooting during session.
GGO is mobilizing opposition right now — and the most important first step is flooding the Capitol with signed petitions demanding lawmakers VOTE NO on SB-92 and any Red Flag scheme.
If GGO Nation gets loud, we will shut this threat down.
If we stay quiet, the politicians will grow bolder by the day.
That’s exactly how ‘Red Flag’ laws slipped through in other Republican-led states like Florida and Indiana. We need to make sure this never happens here!
