SB-163 just got assigned to the House Judiciary Committee.

You’ll remember the Senate already passed this bill with a solid 33-23 vote. Now, it’s the House’s turn to step up and get this done before the legislative session comes to an end!

This bill is a big deal.

SB-163 is aimed squarely at those liberal cities in Georgia that keep ignoring our state’s preemption law and enact local gun control rules like they’re above the rest of us.

SB-163 says enough is enough and hits them with a hefty $50,000 civil penalty for breaking the law. That’s some real teeth to keep our rights safe!
