The 2025 legislative session is over… but the fight over gun control in Georgia will never end.
This year, Democrats in Atlanta filedĀ SB-92, theĀ worst āRed Flag Gun Seizureā bill weāve ever seen. And while it didnāt pass this session,Ā this attack isĀ coming back hardĀ inĀ 2026!
If passed into law SB-92 would:
ā¶ļø Let personal enemies (like an ex) file a complaint to have your guns seized by the government!
ā¶ļø Allow a liberal judge to disarm you in a secret, ex-parte, hearing that we canāt attend!
ā¶ļø Disarm you before youāve even been convicted — or even charged — with a crime!
ā¶ļø Create an almost built-in renewal process which means if youāre āRed Flaggedā you may never get your guns back!
This bill violates the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and the 6th Amendments!

And the danger isnāt just coming from the Left. Speaker Jon Burns isĀ scared…he thinks thatĀ cutting a deal with the Democrats on gun control will protect the GOP in the 2026 elections.
Heās dead wrong. But that means BOTH parties may screw us.
The GOP passed āRed Flagsā in Florida.
The GOP passed āRed Flagsā in Indiana.
And the GOP helped Biden pass a āRed Flagā funding bill in DC.
So gun owners canāt just sit back and hope for the best. We need to get loud, right now, and make sure the legislature isnāt temped to move this bill!Ā
šĀ The good news:Ā Session is over for the year…
šĀ The bad news:Ā The Left and the RINOsĀ are already working to build support for this billĀ before the 2026 session begins.
Thatās why Georgia Gun Owners is working as hard as we can to sound the alarm about this bill; so that gun owners can inundate the legislature with petitions against this bill!
If we donāt act now, Iām afraid this bill could really move when lawmakers return to Atlanta.

— Magazine limits
— AR-15 bans
— Waiting periods
And theyāll ignore āRed Flagsā too, while weāre disarmed!
