Session is coming fast and ATL Democrats are going ALL-IN to pass SB-92, a brutal Red Flag Gun Seizure bill with twenty-one Democratic co-sponsors in the Senate!
This is the most serious threat we’ve faced in years.
And with Republican leaders in the Georgia House killing every pro-gun bill for almost four years, every gun owner in the state needs to be paying attention.
SB-92 is straight out of the Radical Left’s fantasy playbook — and it would unleash a nightmare on gun owners.
Just look at what this bill does:
👉 These gun seizure orders would be issued BEFORE you’ve been convicted, or even charged, with anything at all!
👉 The hearings that determine whether the government can confiscate your firearms happen in SECRET!
👉 The mere fact that you recently purchased a firearm or ANY ammunition becomes “evidence” that the government can use against you.
This is exactly how law-abiding gun owners get destroyed.
And here’s the political danger:
If even one weak Republican in Atlanta decides to “go along to get along” with the Democrats and backs this Red Flag bill, it will open a floodgate.
The Democrats know the GOP has refused to move ANY pro-gun legislation since passing Constitutional Carry — and they smell blood in the water.
