Just minutes ago, the United States Supreme Court handed gun owners a major victory in Wolford v Lopez — striking down one of the most outrageous gun control laws in the Democrats’ playbook.

The case involved Hawaii’s so-called “Vampire Rule.”

The “Vampire Rule” came about after the 2022 Bruen Decision. And it banned concealed carry in ALL private businesses that didn’t post a sign allowing concealed carry.

It effectively turned entire states into a giant ‘Gun Free Zone!’

So in states like New York, Hawaii, New Jersey, California, Maryland, the default answer was NO concealed carry allowed.

Federal Circuit Courts had already enjoined or completely struck down versions of these laws in some states. Today the United States Supreme Court shut the door on it nationwide!

This was a huge win because since the Bruen decision, Democrats have been working to get around it by using the Supreme Court’s ‘sensitive places’ doctrine.

Areas deemed sensitive were allowed to enact gun bans, according to SCOTUS. So blue state Governors began to deem their entire state as ‘sensitive.’ Thanks to this ruling, those days are over!

Of course private property owners still have every right to prohibit firearms on their property if they want to.

But blue state governors can no longer enact a blanket ban on concealed carry, forcing business owners to adopt the liability that may come with putting up ‘Guns Allowed Here’ signage.

Every time the Supreme Court gives us a win, Democrats simply look for another way around the Constitution. That’s why gun owners can never afford to relax.

That’s why our work is so important. We fight everywhere.

In court.
In the legislature.
At election time.
And in the minds of young people.

But none of that happens unless gun owners stand together and keep organizations like ours fully funded.

This was a huge win, but the Democrats aren’t giving up.
