🚨 Urgent: SB-204 Headed to the Floor on Last Day of Session!

Today is the final day of the 2025 legislative session.

We’ve got good news, and bad news, and time is running out!

Good news: SB-163 (now amended into SB-204) has passed out of the Rules Committee again and has now been added to the House Debate Calendar — it will be coming up for a vote in the House today!

Bad news: the bill has been modified/weaken and we’re not sure just how bad the damage is. Alex is in the Capitol right now and will find out the details very soon.

Better news: the legislature is terrified of GGO Nation and the only reason this bill is moving at all is because the RINOs know they are going to answer for what happens to this bill.

That’s why it’s vital you immediately send this pre-written email to your House Representative and demand that he/she VOTE YES on SB-204, and support amendments to improve the bill!

>>> EMAIL YOUR STATE REP. IMMEDIATELY! <<<

Remember, this bill increases the penalties for a violation of our preemption law from $100 to $50,000.

We need this, badly, because the City of Savannah is openly flaunting the state’s preemption law by passing local gun control laws and daring gun owners to challenge them in court.

We will have more information throughout the day.

For now, fire off this pre-written email immediately and make your voice heard before this bill goes up for a vote!
