House Bill 601 would obliterate gun rights here in Georgia by:
1. Making it a felony to buy or even possess an AR-15 or any similar rifle
2. Making it a crime to have an unregistered firearm in Georgia
3. Making it a crime to buy a firearm without waiting 5 days
4. Making it a crime to have a loaded gun in your home
5. Making it a crime to possess a firearm under age 21
6. Making it a crime to possess a ‘high cap’ magazine
7. Making it a crime to possess a homemade firearm
ANY violation of any portion of this tyrannical BS would come with a 5-year prison sentence, and that’s just for the first offense.
