Question 1
Do you believe the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights is a limitation on government, is an individual right that is protected by the Constitution of the United States of America, and that it is the duty of the United States Congress to protect that right?
Question 2
If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation like S. 3214 / H.R. 18, which restricts law-abiding citizens from privately selling firearms to other law-abiding citizens without possessing a Federal Firearms License or submitting to a state or federal background check? These checks form a de facto national gun registry, which the ATF recently said contains one billion records.
Question 3
If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation like S. 889 / H.R. 4252, which that establishes ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ in America, knowing that these proposals violate Americas long enshrined due process rights by allowing the courts to order the confiscation of a gun owner’s firearms, before they’ve been convicted of a crime in a court of law?
Question 4
If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation that makes it illegal for law-abiding citizens to own and possess firearms and firearms accessories such as standard 30-round magazines, firearms made from 80% lowers, suppressors and other accessories that are in common use, making firearms safer to use while not increasing violent crime?
Question 5
If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation like S. 1531 / H.R. 3115, which would make felons out of law-abiding gun owners for the sale, manufacture, importation, or possession of hundreds of different styles of semi-automatic rifles, shotguns or handguns, including the AR-15?
Question 6
If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on all legislative attempts to disarm lawful citizens through mental health processes that allow judges, doctors, nurses, psychiatrists, psychologists, or anyone else to arbitrarily declare someone mentally defective, disarming them before they’ve had their day in court?
Question 7
If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation like H.R. 3142 (118th Congress) which would establish a national Stand-Your-Ground law, by removing the ‘duty to retreat,’ clarifying that gun owners are legally able to defend themselves against violent predators, without having to retreat first?
Question 8
If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation like H.R. 221 which would abolish the scandal-ridden Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives after giving them time to inventory and sell the firearms in their possession and divert their cases to the Federal Bureau of Investigation?
Question 9
If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation that would repeal the 1994 Gun Free Schools Act, which has made America’s schools the site of repeated mass shootings, as violent criminals know that they are unlikely to face any armed opposition?
Question 10
If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation such as H.R. 335, which would repeal the National Firearms Act, which has been used by many Presidents to bypass Congress and declare firearms accessories illegal by fiat?

Question 1
Missouri passed the nation’s leading Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) in 2022. This groundbreaking law asserts our 10th Amendment rights and blocks Missouri cops and taxpayer resources from being used to enforce federal gun control that is stricter than state law. Because most federal gun laws are enforced by state and local officers — not federal agents — SAPA effectively leaves federal gun control unenforced in Missouri. It also includes strong civil penalties, letting individual gun owners sue departments that help enforce unconstitutional gun control. And while Leftist judges have struck SAPA down over a technicality Missouri’s Attorney General is fighting like hell to defend it, appealing to SCOTUS while lawmakers are working to pass updated language that will survive judicial scrutiny. If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on Second Amendment Preservation Act legislation for Georgia, which states that Georgia cops may not be used by the federal government to enforce federal gun control laws or Executive Orders, and which contain civil penalties that allow gun owners to hold rogue departments who break the law accountable?
Question 2
Most mass shootings happen in so-called ‘Gun-Free Zones’ where law-abiding citizens are forced to disarm. Thousands of Americans have been shot or murdered by violent criminals in these zones over the last fifteen years, because law-abiding citizens were unable to defend themselves or their loved ones, because of a deadly law that forced them to disarm. If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation that eliminates government-mandated ‘Gun Free Zones,’ that leave law-abiding citizens helpless against violent killers looking to rack up a body count?
Question 3
Georgia has what’s called ‘pre-emption’ law that states that all regulations of firearms, ammunition and accessories are to be done at the State General Assembly level only, and no city, county or municipality may try to subvert our Second Amendment rights with local ordinances. Sadly, this pre-emption law only has a $100 civil fine for any city for breaking pre-emption and requires action from the Attorney General to hold rogue departments accountable. This is how the city of Savannah is getting away with their gun control ordinance that fines gun owners $1,000 if a criminal breaks into their car to steal their firearm. If elected, would you SUPPORT and VOTE YES on legislation that would add civil penalties of $50,000 for any city, county or municipality that is breaking existing law, and attacking law-abiding gun owners, like SB-163?
Question 4
Over the last four years, an estimated 7,500,000 million people have illegally entered America. The Dept. of Homeland Security said that at least 70,000 of these were ‘special interest’ aliens, coming from countries that ‘promote or protect terrorism’ against the United States. Now, some are trying to use the Bruen decision to justify letting these foreign nationals possess firearms. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation that would allow for foreign nationals who have entered America illegally to possess a firearm, knowing that they’ll be able to legally buy a firearm once they’ve completed the process for entry?
Question 5
Anti-gun politicians in Atlanta continue to introduce legislation like HB-584, which would institute ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ here in Georgia. Also known as ‘Extreme Risk Protection Orders,’ these laws allow virtually anyone to petition a court and make the claim that a person is a ‘danger to themselves or others’ while providing little to no evidence. Once filed, ‘Red Flag’ allegations allow a liberal judge to strip a law-abiding gun owner of his firearms before he has been arrested, indicted, or convicted of a crime. In most cases, this is done through ex-parte hearings that the gun owner knows nothing about. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on ‘Red Flag Gun Confiscation’ laws (or similar legislation) that would shred Georgian’s due process rights, by disarming gun owners who have never been convicted of a crime?
Question 6
Georgia has had Stand-Your-Ground law since 2006, allowing innocent Georgians to defend themselves from violent criminals without having to retreat first. Without this law, gun owners could be arrested and prosecuted for not retreating an arbitrary number of steps before defending themselves or their loved ones. Recently, leftist politicians have tried to repeal Georgia’s Stand-Your-Ground law with bills like HB-842. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation that would repeal any portion of Georgia’s Stand-Your-Ground law, knowing that without this law, innocent Georgians could go to prison at the hands of a Soros-backed prosecutor?
Question 7
In the wake of recent high-profile murder sprees around the country, anti-gun politicians here in Georgia, the media and Bloomberg-funded activists in Atlanta have been demanding a complete ban on the AR-15 (and standard 30-round magazines) and hundreds of related firearms all because of their cosmetic features. These firearms are wildly popular and are owned by tens of thousands of Georgians. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation that bans the manufacture, sale or possession of semi-automatic firearms and their standard capacity magazines — knowing that these restrictions don’t stop crime, but are used to harass gun owners?
Question 8
Anti-gun organizations, often funded with out-of-state resources from Michael Bloomberg, have been pushing legislation like HB-44 for years. If passed, this would end all private party firearms transfers in Georgia unless gun owners submit to a federal NCIC check, thereby adding themselves and their firearm to a federal list. As we’ve seen, this legislation does virtually nothing to stop crime but expands state and national databases of gun owners – which can be used against gun owners later. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on ‘Universal Gun Registrations’ (or similar legislation) that would ban all private party gun sales and make criminals out of Georgians who lawfully transfer firearms without first obtaining government permission?
Question 9
Various state legislatures have passed legislation that would criminalize gun owners who do not keep their firearms under lock and key, giving criminals the advantage. The Radical Left has been trying to pass the same legislation here in Georgia with HB-1. To be clear, these deadly “Safe Storage” laws do nothing to deter violent criminals and instead get innocent citizens raped or murdered. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on legislation that would force Georgians to keep their guns in a government-approved storage device, leaving them unable to defend themselves or their loved ones in an emergency?
Question 10
Almost every legislative candidate will say “I support the Second Amendment” but not all will stand firmly against new and invasive forms of gun control, especially when ‘compromises’ are offered. If elected, would you OPPOSE and VOTE NO on all methods of gun control, including those that the media calls ‘reasonable?’ These could include bans on ‘ghost guns,’ laws that ban those with simple misdemeanor convictions from owning guns, new taxes on ammunition, civil liability insurance requirements for gun owners, and the use of pistol braces?
