Don’t Screw With SAPA Law!
Senator Colton Moore, Rep. Charlice Byrd, and dozens of pro-gun members of the legislature have joined up with GGO Nation to fight for the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SB-67/HB-293) which would prevent Biden from using Georgia cops to enforce federal gun control.
But Capitol insiders are telling GGO that RINO Republicans intend to file a fake SAPA bill this week which would gut the impact of SAPA! Fake SAPA wouldn’t protect gun owners in Georgia, but it would protect RINO politicians.
The details of this legislation aren’t public yet, but we expect it to:
Gut the provision that lets gun owners take agencies who violate SAPA into court for civil damages. Instead, county prosecutors gets to decide whether or not to file criminal charges against the department. We all know that will never happen.
Gut the provision that prevents Georgia cops from being used by the ATF on a federal task force to confiscate our guns. Instead, fake SAPA is expected to specifically allows Biden to use Georgia cops to enforce his gun control agenda, as long as he pays the bill!
Gut the provision from S.B. 67/H.B. 293 that spells out the details of what gun laws Georgia cops can enforce…and replaced it with hopelessly vague language that is wide open for abuse!
Everyone in Atlanta knows that this is NOT the protection that gun owners need! But that’s the secret: fake SAPA isn’t designed to protect gun owners, it was designed to protect RINOs!
