Petition to: The Members of the Georgia State House and Senate
Whereas: HB-584 would institute ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ in Georgia, allowing a liberal judge to order the seizure of your firearms before you’ve ever been convicted of a crime; and
Whereas: HB-44 would criminalize the private sale of firearms in Georgia, and give the government a list of every gun owner in the state, the necessary first step to gun confiscation; and
Whereas: HB-554 would raise the age on when law-abiding Georgians could buy a long gun from 18 to 21, meaning a Georgian could defend themselves in the military, but not here at home; and
Whereas: HB-135 would force Georgians to lock up our firearms virtually 24-hours a day, meaning that when you need your firearm in an emergency you couldn’t get it in time!
Therefore: As a voter in your district, I insist that you VOTE NO on the entire gun control agenda on the move in Atlanta. It hurts law abiding gun owners. It helps criminals. And voting for this to please the Left will end in disaster for you. Georgia Gun Owners will tell me how you vote.
